Asean Regional Centre For Biodiversity Conservation – Visibility Project

In September 2004, Scubazoo were contracted to produce a series of films detailing the biodiversity of the ASEAN region and the role of the ARCBC in helping to preserve this important natural heritage. The project involved filming trips around Sabah, Sarawak, Thailand and the Philippines. Scubazoo produced 10x60sec vignettes and 1x30min documentary for ARCBC.

Series 18 of The Really Wild Show found Michaela Strachan in Nha Trang, Vietnam as she took a look at the trade in marine curios such as shells and seahorses. Scubazoo filmed Michaela freediving on the reefs of Nha Trang and locals using traditional techniques to collect shells.

The world’s richest adventure race, The Outdoor Quest features top adventure athletes from all around the world being pitted against Sabah’s waves, jungles and of course, SE Asia’s highest mountain – Mt Kinabalu.
