Popular wildlife presenter Nigel Marven presents a series on the uglier side of natural history when he goes in search of some of nature’s most hideous looking creatures. Scubazoo filmed Nigel getting to know some nasty looking marine beasties in Borneo.

Natural History New Zealand’s series about the wild encounters natural history cameraman can run into as part of their jobs. Scubazoo underwater cameramen Simon Enderby and Jason Isley were interviewed and related their experiences filming the South African ‘Sardine run’. Up Close and Dangerous was broadcast on Animal Planet.

For the fourth time, Scubazoo were contracted by Radio & Television Malaysia to film underwater sequences in Sabah for the long-running series, Xplorasi. This time round Mantanani was the destination for underwater filming of the resident dugong with the presenters.

The crew of the ‘Really Wild Show’ returned to Sabah early in 2006. They first traveled to the Kinabatangan River on the east coast of Sabah with Scubazoo acting as location managers for the shoot

The Really Wild Show visited Indonesia for series 19 of this long running show. Scubazoo researched locations for several target animals including the Mola mola, Manta ray, Cuttlefish and Green turtle. Presenter and naturalist Nick Baker was filmed underwater by Scubazoo in Sangalaki and Nusa Penida, Indonesia.

Minnie Driver takes a trip of a lifetime to swim with Humpback whales in Vava’u, Tonga. Broadcast on Satellite channel Sky one, the underwater sequence of Minnie interacting with the humpbacks was shot by Scubazoo.

Great Ocean Adventures is the brainchild of Explorer Monty Halls and Scubazoo founder Simon Christopher. Together with Matthew Frank from RDF they assembled a tight-knit filming team which set off around the world to film Monty ‘Swimming with Giants’ in locations like Galapagos, Mexico and South Africa.
